What to expect from your free intro class
During your 30-minute introduction class, you will find out how our club works, which classes are best for you to begin your BJJ journey with and have a brief history of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu explained to you.
You will have the chance to take a look around the facilities and have any questions that you might have answered. Following this, you will be taught a few basic techniques that are essential to both Brazilian jiu-jitsu and self-defence.
