Why choose our BJJ classes?
Personalized Coaching: With fewer students, our instructors can focus on your child’s unique strengths and challenges, offering tailored guidance to help them build confidence and master techniques at their own pace.
Faster Skill Development: Smaller classes allow for more one-on-one instruction, ensuring your child gets the hands-on support needed to improve quickly and efficiently.
Improved Focus and Discipline: With more individual attention, children are better engaged, helping them develop important skills like focus, discipline, and respect—both on and off the mat.
Safer Learning Environment: With fewer kids on the mat, your child will have more space to practice safely, with reduced risk of injury, ensuring they can enjoy the learning process without worry.
Strong Sense of Community: Smaller classes foster a tight-knit community, where kids feel supported, motivated, and encouraged by their peers, building friendships that boost teamwork and social skills.

FAQs
What should my child wear to a BJJ class?
Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt, shorts/leggings, no zips, no pockets) and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi (uniform). If you don't have a BJJ Gi yet, the gym will have one you can borrow or purchase. Some flip-flops are also needed so their feet are covered between the changing rooms and the mats.
Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu safe?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a safe sport when practiced with proper technique and under the supervision of a qualified instructor. Our gym strongly emphasizes safety and age-appropriate techniques in all of Kids BJJ classes.
Where can I buy a BJJ Gi for my child?
You can purchase a uniform at the academy. We have our own shop, where you can buy gis, rash guards, shorts, backpacks, and T-shirts. We also sell water and coconut water at the front desk.
