Head down and ignoring the cold and cost of fuel, the mats have been on fire with prep for the European Championships. The team performed admirably, although performances didn’t hit the mark to get out of the early rounds. The draw was tough with most of the team getting previous open winners if not category world champions. It’s all about the process though, the preparation and experience will set the standard for the year and enable future success. Next Comp London Open 18th Feb!
IBJJF European Championships in Paris 2023
New “KGB Fit” class Bringing some new fitsporation for the new year, Professor Paul has adapted the Boxfit programme to include kicking and grappling now starting on Monday nights at 1830. Open to all members, come a long and give it a go!

We say hello to a new cluster flock of white belts :) Please make them feel welcome, new team members: Any questions at all just ask... there are no stupid questions... White belt is a journey and we want to make it the best for you. Here is a good video clip on how to tie your belt...
